If the paper proposal will be accepted for the program,
- the speaker hereby confirms the submission of presentation documents:
bio, slides and 1 page qualified summary (formats & masters provided by CTI)
- All three documents are compulsory.
- submission of a professional digital photo (color, jpg, high resolution)
- submission of the company logo as eps-file
- that the material will be submitted at the due dates to guarantee a smooth event preparation.
Consider enough time ahead for your company’s internal approval procedures to meet the submission date.

NOTE: The documents will be handed out to the delegates. Authors are free to hand in an extra version for this purpose.
