International Meditation and Mindfulness Coach
Kagyu Samye Ling Monastery and Tibetan Centre
Special: Mindfulness in the Digital Age
I am a Buddhist monk teaching mindfulness and meditation, specialising in providing non-religious workshops for businesses and organisations. I became a monk over 23 years ago at Kagyu Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Monastery (www.samyeling.org), and have trained under some of the world’s most accomplished teachers of meditation.
I have been teaching mindfulness at major UK and global companies. Clients have included The NHS, Google, McCain, Morrisons, Clifford Chance, Linklaters and the Institute of Chartered Accountants. I also work with prisons, drug and alcohol rehab, council departments and charities.
My work has been featured in the Times and Guardian newspapers and the BBC. The funds raised from this work are donated to the Rokpa Trust charity for the development of a mindfulness and meditation training centre.
